Slaves of Humanity
Freedom marks the 23rd day of the 7th month. Add all three numbers and you get 10, which is magic in itself. It means freedom in all forms, because it represents understanding and knowledge. What but binary could do it more matter of fact? When the simplest of simple can be incomprehensible when truly examined, only infinity stands in the way of a personal terror I have; when all the songs will have been created and played in every way, and all the jokes told. Well, I am free, finally. There ARE limits on my freedom, but then again, there is with all types - unless you count one looming exception, but I'm sure that someone could figure a way around that too.

Have some binary on me.

Rainbow Gathering '03 in the High Uintas
I really think it would be a great idea for someone to do the arranged-marriage-princess-falls-in love-with-awesome-guy-but-has-to-marry-terrible-one story in reverse. Like, what if the guy that she is arranged to marry is really this amazing person that is completely in love with her, but she would rather be with some asshole that doesn't care about her at all and just wants sex, instead of the inept love-struck groom who the whole audience can find something in common with. It would be a little more realistic, because nobody wants what is good for them, and everyone knows that story. It's just never been done.

I was at the rainbow gathering in the High Uintas last weekend, and although I was having too much fun to take many photos, I got a few in, and so here they are.

The Good Book Blazin'
There's a small set of pictures of my mothers recent activities. She has been packing up the house and getting rid of things so she and my step-dad can move to Europe. One of the hardest things about moving is parting with the voluminous amounts of that every household accumulates. She's taken to burning some of her things to complete a memory or simply for pryomananiacal glee. The above is something that wasn't all THAT hard to part with, but burning stuff does feel good.
